  • How do I open my account?

    How nice of you to invest with us!
    Our opening process is 100% online, exclusively for individuals and the deadline for completion is 1 to 2 business days. Oh… and before you start, it's worth remembering that there are no costs to open or maintain your EasyTrade7 account.
    Right at the beginning of the More page there is a button with the name “Create my account”. Clicking it will take you to our registration process. We will need some personal data, so it is important that you have an identity document nearby. You may need to consult some information. After completing this first step, we will operationalize your request and inform your account number and information about your registration with EasyTrade7. Then, you could transfer your funds to your new account to start investing with us.
    Attention: At no time will we forward your password through correspondence, e-mail or telephone. In some cases, it may be necessary to send a photo of your identification document and proof of residence, but don't worry, we will inform you everything in response email.

  • I'm living abroad, can I open an account?

    If you are still a tax resident in Brazil, that is, if you still have an active CPF and a current account at a bank in Brazil, you will be able to open and maintain your account with us without any problems.
    However, if you have already declared your definitive departure from the country, inactivating your CPF, we cannot open or maintain your account.
